Overnight Island Oats

Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats

2 T coconut flakes

1 piece of crystallized ginger

1 T goji berries

1 T honey

Add ingredients to cup. Add your favorite nut milk (or regular milk) and let sit for one hour. Or let sit overnight.

Enjoy within four days of adding milk/mylk.

Add your favorite nut milk. Rebel Berries & Cream recommended.
